Under article L.111-1 of the Intellectual Property Code the pages on the website « www.turbivo.com » and the associated downloadable documents are owned exclusively by the company Via Novotek.

Consequently, the entire site is subject to copyright.

However, as this site has been created to advertise the “Turbivo” product, under Article L.122-5 in the aforementioned code, each visitor to the site is entitled to:

- make reproductions and representations exclusively for personal use only;

- make reference to the content under the condition that the name of the author and the source are clearly indicated.

However, as these pages and documents are protected by patent, under the patent all laws on copyright, licensing and counterfeit or other forms or copying apply.

Governing language

The source language for the documents presented on this site is French. Consequently only the French language shall prevail.

The website « www.turbivo.com » was declared to CNIL, Paris on 12th April 2002 and registered with number 800613 under article 16 of the Law of 6th January 1978 on data protection.

Registered address

This site is governed by French law. Only the court of Grasse will be competent to hear any dispute.
